What's going on at your Favorite Berkshire County Gym?

Cross Country Miles!
This will be the third year we have done this!
We track your miles via walking, running, biking, or swimming, and see how close to getting across the country (or the state for swimming) by the end of the year!

All you have to do is download the Strava app and follow Josh Reis and we will track your miles. Alternatively there is a clipboard on the wall that you can log miles.
One year; 12 Tough Challenges - how many can you achieve?

We did this in 2025 and had really fun results! (See the bottom of the page for who did the most!) We thought it would be fun to see if you can re-challenge yourselves this year, tackle the ones that were tough and you enjoyed the most!

You have a challenge for each month; look ahead and take advantage of our help by working with a Trainer to help achieve them!
Each challenge has 3 scalable levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and earn points for each challenge completed (3 for Gold, 2 for Silver, 1 for Bronze) - top 3 points at the end of the year gets huge prizes!

JANUARY - Cold Plunge
*How long can you submerge in cold water?
Gold - 90 seconds
Silver - 60 seconds
Bronze - 30 seconds

FEBRUARY - Rower & Thrusters
*7500m on the Rower, into 100 Thrusters, for total time
Gold - 7500m, 95lb barbell men, 65lb barbell women
Silver - 5000m, 65lbs for men, 45lbs for women
Bronze - 2500m, 45lbs for men, 25lbs for women

MARCH - Kettlebell Complex
The Spartan - 5 reps all on one side - Swing, Clean, Squat, Press, Snatch, Thruster

APRIL - Burpee 5K
50 Burpees, 1k Sprint. 40 Burpees, 1k Sprint. 30 Burpees, 1k Sprint. 20 Burpees, 1k Sprint. 10 Burpees, 1k Sprint.
Gold - 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 with 1km in between
Silver - 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 with .5km in between
Bronze - 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 with .5km in between

MAY - Murph
Gold - Full Murph with weighted vest
Silver - Full Murph without weighted vest
Bronze - Modified Murph

JUNE - Triathlon
Gold - Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, 26.2 mile run)
Silver - Olympic (.93 mile swim, 25 mile bike ride, 6.2 mile run)
Bronze - Sprint (.31 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike ride, 3.1 mile run)

JULY - Death Mile
5 laps around the football field (1 mile) farmers carrying your bodyweight in your hands. Every time you need to set the weights down, you run a lap.
