Justin Soules
Justin Soules is a native of Berkshire County. He grew up in Lee and participated in multiple organized sports as well as enjoying all the seasonal sports that the Berkshire’s have to offer, such as biking, hiking, canoeing, snowboarding, and snow shoeing.
Justin earned his associates in health science in 2008 and certification through ACE fitness in 2009. He has experience in many different areas of fitness. Examples of these include strength and conditioning, active stretching, bootcamp, senior strength and balance, kettlebells, suspension training and more.
Justin feels that group classes and personal training are the best avenues of fitness. In his ten years of training he has seen people excel because they feel cared for and with supervision, are able to achieve more than they thought possible. With his expertise he can design a workout for every age group from children to seniors, as well as every ability level. Seeing each person as in individual has created his success as a trainer and he is excited to share his love of fitness with all who feel they would like to improve their lives.

Josh Reis
Josh Reis is a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition as well as being a certified Personal Trainer. Continuing his weight loss journey at Soules Sports & Fitness and losing almost 150 pounds has led him to want to do the same for others, and help them reach their own health and fitness goals.
For over five years now, Josh has enjoyed both teaching classes and training clients, as well as being available to help with nutrition and meal planning.
He enjoys watching and being part of body’s (and therefore the mind) transforming and helping people reach their goals, whether it be losing weight, powerlifting, toning up, or anywhere in between – we all have goals and want to strive for a healthier body!
Josh is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and can help assess issues and recover from injuries.

Michelle Amburn
“The BEST project you will ever work on is YOU!” Michell Amburn truly believes in this and is so passionate about health and fitness. On top of being a personal trainer, Michelle is certified to teach Insanity, Zumba, and PiYo. In an effort to help and support as many people as possible, she is a Beachbody Coach. Michelle has been trained and coached by some of the best of the best. Michelle is so proud and excited to be part of your journey to a healthier mind & body!

Deaglán Giarolo
Deaglan Giarolo’s mission is to help those who are passionate about becoming a healthier version of themselves, to achieve their goals by guiding them with his knowledge in exercise science and his experience in training.
Deaglan graduated from Westfield State University with a focus in Movement Science, Psychology, and Philosophy. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Sport Performance Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist and Exercise Nutrition Specialist.
Deaglan has been involved in organized sports all of his life, playing football and basketball all through high school and two years of collegiate football. He has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Lee and Monument High School football teams, and has volunteered as a youth basketball coach and referee.
Deaglan enjoys training Olympic lifting, calisthenics, plyometrics and organizes an annual Memorial Day Murph.

Ama Elsirafy
Welcome Amatollah Elsirafy, our newest member of the Soules Team! She is a Certified Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OT) as well as a newly Certified Personal Trainer. Ama has been devoted to helping and motivating others on their health journey while striving to improve client quality of life. She has experience working with individuals and groups across the lifespan, from infant care to hospice care. Utilizing therapeutic use of self, she promotes client engagement in daily activities most meaningful to them and in the healthiest way possible. Her background in upper extremity rehab, task analysis, and holistic practice allows her to incorporate such skills in her fitness career.
She knew early on that traditional sports were never her strong suit but she wanted to find a means to stay active in a fun way! She started her physical health journey through pilates and yoga, developing a new found passion for fitness. She loves to challenge herself by engaging in various forms of fitness such as Muay Thai, calisthenics, HITT, powerlifting, boxing, hiking, and salsa dancing.

Christine Breton
Christine Breton has been a member of Soules Sports and Fitness since 2017. She is a NASM/AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Senior Fitness. She has earned a Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters 2nd degree Black Belt through Martial Arts Institute of the Berkshires, and is currently working toward her 3rd. As well as Martial Arts, she has enjoyed participating in various forms of athletics and fitness since childhood, including competitive gymnastics, dance, yoga, ballet, running and strength training. Christine is happy to bring her enthusiasm and varied background in fitness to Soules, for a fun, energizing and
empowering workshop!

Heather McDonald
Heather McDonald has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2018, specializing in movement mechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation in an outpatient orthopedic setting. With over a decade of experience as a snowboarding coach, she has helped athletes of all levels develop strength, confidence, and performance both on and off the slopes.
Her passion for strength training was born out of personal experience—after sustaining a back injury from snowboarding, she turned to strength training as a means of recovery. Through dedicated training, she not only rebuilt her strength but also became more resilient and capable than ever before, ultimately returning to the sport she loves. This journey fuels her commitment to helping others overcome obstacles, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an NCI Certified Nutrition Coach, Heather is dedicated to helping clients move better, build strength, and develop sustainable nutrition habits. Her approach prioritizes injury prevention, functional movement, and long-term success, whether working with clients recovering from injuries, improving athletic performance, or striving for a healthier lifestyle.
Heather believes in simplifying fitness and nutrition, empowering clients to train smarter—not harder—to reach their goals.

Angel Reilly
Angel is a highly intentional, imaginative, certified Master Trainer, with a lifetime of dedication to fitness and wellness at the age of 42. With a focus on dynamic strength and functional fitness, Angel creates a customized journey that harnesses his diverse background (which includes owning/operating successful rage rooms, being a top-rated axe master, holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as spending 8 years as a nurse - to name a few). Angel will meet you where you are, and create a lasting, impactful, and personally enjoyable experience that will allow full access to master your own journey…on your own terms. Utilizing his own full collection of cutting-edge equipment, every client is promised an unforgettable and inspiring experience!
