This is a two month Starter Pack for Weight Loss! Challenge yourself with these full-body movements. Adjust the equipment with what you have at-home or in the gym, and get ready to push it as much as you can! While you're in this program, you have 3 nutritional requirements. Eat ONE GRAM of protein PER pound of desired bodyweight. Drink over 100 ounces of water every day. And TRACK your food (in an app, on paper; whatever you want) - that's it!
